Our Story

Florence’s story started back in 2014, long before we knew anything about running a café. We had a different name, a tough location, and absolutely no idea what we were doing—just big dreams and relentless determination. Looking back, we’re grateful for that naïveté, because if we’d known how hard it would be, Florence might never have existed. But we pushed through every challenge, and today we’re lucky to share the Florence you know and love.
